If the Node doesn’t load try the following actions in your Remote device:
- Reload the Node device using the icon located in the top bar
- Try to reset the Node device through the option menu in the top bar
If it still doesn’t work try these actions in your Node device.
- Check that Node App is working in the Node device and it has Internet connection
- Be sure that your WiFi policy is “Always connected”
Trick: If you want setup the WiFi policy go to Settings – WiFi – Advanced – Keep WiFi on during sleep – and click Always.
